5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Helpdesk & end user support
- Provide technical assistance on desktop/laptop/iPad & in house applications to corporate users
- Maintain and troubleshoot various Microsoft Windows OS & applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewall.
- Deployment of workstation (desktop/laptop/iPad) and other IT equipment
- Administration of VMWare, MS Windows Server, AD, Exchange & MS SQL
- Management of IT hardware/software inventory
- Assist in procurement of IT hardware & related administrative matters
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and knowledge in Desktop/Laptop/Mobile devices hardware & Software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
