$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Helpdesk (Investigation and resolution of any issues end users may face)
- Computer & Server Management (Keeping systems up to date & secure)
- Network Management (Ensuring all connections are up, and working as intended)
- Equipment Maintenance (Ensuring equipment is repaired or replaced with minimal to no impact on production)
- IT License & Inventory Management.
- Support IT Manager APAC in their duties
- Participation in global projects for the region when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of networking (DNS/DHCP/VLAN/VPN/Firewall routing etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
