Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Continuously provide application support and engage in various SDLC stages.
- Analyze user requirements for new system development or enhancements to existing systems.
- Handle routine application maintenance tasks like capacity planning, monitoring, and documentation.
- Participate in system integration testing pre-implementation.
- Coordinate end-user training for system implementations or enhancements.
- Foster strong relationships with business users.
- Collaborate with other teams for system implementation, testing, and support, adhering to project methodologies and policies.
- Aid in defining project requirements, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical/Application Support experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
