Responsibilities
- As IT system operational engineer support our client’s global business systems Ecommerce.
- Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.
- Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer the solution.
- Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools.
- Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement. Establish knowledge databse, maintain and update technical support documentation.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or other IT related qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with programming language such as JAVA\PHP\MySQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
