IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: SA

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot PCs, Servers, and Network hardware.
Provide technical support to staff on hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving network-related problems.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and measures
Document hardware configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Evaluate and recommend PC, Servers, and Network hardware products for purchase.
Liaise with PC equipment vendors for purchase of PCs, Server and Network hardware products.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
