IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: MJ

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve helpdesk service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Create and manage user accounts for the new staff and provide end-user support within the organizations’ entities
• Coordinate and undertake IT equipment setups for new staff and any office moves that take place
• Troubleshoot any hardware or software issues
• Provide regular training to new starters and existing staff on a need basis
• Oversee user identity and access management, detect unauthorized access and permissions abused by authorized users
• Support the maintenance and operation of firewall, Anti-malware and other security and monitoring tools
• Monitoring, support and maintaining organization computer hardware, software, OS, and networks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and LAN/WAN support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
