Location: West
Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting and resolving application issues, maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, network, and phones.
- Monitor and maintain computer laptops, desktops, servers, and office network infrastructure.
- Setting up email and system accounts for users.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, IT asset list, and inventory.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Other projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
