Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide proper assistance to staff and various customers of the organization.
- Train the customers to use hardware and software programs to enhance the available IT support.
- Identify errors and register complaints related to IT.
- Monitor the performance of each IT system.
- Resolve computer software to upgrade IT systems.
- Ensure the security of IT systems.
- Document processes and conduct IT-related tests to diagnose problems.
- Keep in mind the latest IT trends and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
