Responsibilities
- With a focus on IT technical implementation on Digital Projects, to manage, support, and execute works for new initiatives, products/outcomes from End-to-End, managing costs to meet target and budget costs and provide value add to uplift user experience.
- Transform portfolio and achieve digital/data product outcomes through project management, facilities management, sustainability management, employee experience-centred services
- Coordinate and work with a diverse team, incorporating software technology, data analytics, mobile and desktop applications and data acquisition tools (i.e. IoT sensors)
- Be part of the Initiative team to deliver the latest workplace technology (ie. Video Conferencing system, Meeting Room Booking System, Smart Lockers
- Deliver best-in-class software or digital applications to be used by our key client
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security, Office 365 and Collaboration products (WebEx, Teams, Zoom) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
