Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the IT team, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and timely delivery of tasks, incidents, and projects.
- Support the implementation of IT infrastructure, applications, and IT governance initiatives, aligning them with the company’s objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely completion of project deliverables.
- Review and update IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure system reliability, security, and availability.
- Implement IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001 to improve the quality and delivery of IT services.
- Assist in managing the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Offer technical expertise in assessing technologies and solutions, including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, ERP, DX, IoT, AI, etc.
- Ensure compliance of IT processes and procedures with audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, and Microsoft 365 Defender is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
