Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure such as network, PC, applications and telecommunication in the region.
- Review IT systems and structure and provide IT recommendations, direction and strategy to enhance the Company’s IT systems efficiency to meet business needs.
- Develop/review IT policies and procedures.
- Responsible for preparation, monitoring and tracking of IT Budget
- Planning, budgeting & handling IT related projects and ad-hoc projects. Monitoring & managing software license to ensure regulation compliance.
- Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement
- To develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
- Selection and effective management of telecommunication, hardware, software and other IT vendors
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
