Salary Range: $4K – $6K

Responsibilities:
o Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and
software failures or problems
o Keep track of outstanding issues and follow up with customers
o Service fault reporting based on ITIL standard Service
o Perform software and hardware installation, updates and bug fixes as well as
configuration
o Conduct periodic or ad-hoc checks/testing with documentation
o Write or update technical documentation (System/network diagram,
troubleshooting guide etc.) and Incident reports
Requirements:
o Diploma/ Bachelor Degree In Computer Science or equivalent
o Min 2-5 years relevant working experience
o Experience with Windows and Linux OS systems
o ITIL Certification
