Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Maintain the links database for monthly costing reporting
- Manage network inventory and its life-cycle
- Verify the hardening of network devices before onboarding and conduct periodic review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate the network devices for active performance and availability monitoring
- Collaborate with security team to update and administer the dual controls privileged password for network devices
- Support day to day operations, troubleshooting and administrative activities in network related fields
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer technology or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
