INVESTMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: ET

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and evaluate potential investment opportunities alongside the investment team from origination, due diligence to investment and monitoring
• Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for portfolio of assets
• Perform market research on sectors and countries including monitoring of sector and economic trends
• Preparing papers for internal approvals, and presenting to Board and internal committees
• Assist the manager to prepare PowerPoint presentation for ongoing deals
• Attend the meetings and conference calls when necessary
• Support the Investment Team in all aspects of project deliverables, investment and data operations
• Financial modelling and analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills
