Location: East
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customers’ accounts.
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients.
- Review and prepare sales quotation as per customer’s enquiries.
- Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).
- Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.
- Liaising with customers on technical specifications.
- Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior receiving Sales Order confirmation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum or any engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and able to read drawings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
