Responsibilities
- Review the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, risk management and control processes in the company in order to prepare internal audit plan.
- Plan long-term auditing and annual internal audit plan that comply with organization risks and other business risks.
- Identify company’s risks and assess company’s internal controls in order to plan and develop audit program.
- Perform audit as per audit program / audit standards to ensure that the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
- Review and prepare internal audit report. Identify corrective actions from audit’s findings as well as review completeness of audit working papers.
- Report audit’s findings and recommendations to the management and auditee.
- Present audit’s findings to the audit committee and follow the board resolution.
- Regularly review the completeness of auditee’s performance regarding to corrective actions as agreed.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in an oil and gas trading company is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
