Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing independent, objective standard of the company.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans, including the identification of potential risks and the prioritization of audits based on those risks.
• Conduct audits of the organization’s operations to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Periodic audit reports preparation to meet regulatory expectation. Identify findings and recommendations for corrective actions, and present these reports to management and the audit committee.
• Enforcement of corrective measures so to ensure that identified issues have been addressed.
• Provide consulting and advising roles to management and other stakeholders, for internal control and risk management.
• Keep abreast of any internal audit best practices and standards, as well as changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including management, the audit committee, the compliance head and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Accounting & Finance/ Audit/ Tax is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
