Responsibilities
- To attend to customer inquiry and participate in quotations & tenders
- To read specifications, SLDs and project requirements
- To prepare proposal, official quotations, preparation of specifications compliance/deviations for submission to customer
- To prepare equipment compliance/deviation and submission of equipment catalogs
- To reply to customer on technical clarifications, revised pricing
- To clarify with customers on terms and conditions in the preliminary stage
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and outbound cold calls and emails
- Support other post sales duties including liaising with engineering team on technical clarifications, billing, collection etc. whenever necessary
Requirements
- Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
