Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage RFQ processes, including negotiation and evaluation of supplier quotes
- Proactively look for and evaluate new suppliers or new sources of products
- Analyse and develop strategies for assigned projects for cost savings, risk mitigation and process efficiencies
- Manage supplier/customer relationships to ensure consistent delivery and value creation
- Review and monitor suppliers’ performance
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; preparing quotations
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in inside sales/customer service/tenders is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
