Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide account management service to assigned customer base. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain your existing database of customers through active contract renewals
- Expand your database of customers through referrals
- Source new sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling
- Achieve sales targets
- Keep up-to-date information on competitors’ products, services, and pricing
- Attend sales enablement, product training
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Sales/Retails/Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
