Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries with emphasis on Novade and Autodesk and provide timely price quotations
- Follow up with clients on their account and product related enquiries
- Active call out to renew subscription for licenses and provide quality feedback to marketing team
- Introduce our promotional products or services to prospects
- Work closely together with our Sales Team to create meeting opportunities
- Plan forecast after receiving from customers
- Work closely with marketing team for those customers with contractual pricing
- Work with the respective Account Sales Manager to develop account plans & strategy to meet or exceed sales target
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
