INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER ($4500-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Provide clients support with a range of system technologies
• Maintain security, backup, restoration and redundancy strategies
• Install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Operate and manage cloud and containers technologies that incorporates products, tools, self-service portals and automation
• Assess and incorporate standard and process in public or private managed cloud and platforms to align with the recommended industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Server, SQL server, Power Shell scripting, task scheduler, JSON, Webservices, Web API is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
