$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor all personal matters such as employee’s welfare, attendance, leaves, discipline, benefits and compensation, training, claims and other HR administration functions
- Responsible to handle leave management and coordination – administer annual leave, medical and other entitlements
- Assist and compiling of data and reports on weekly/monthly basis
- Verify and keep track of employee’s medical reimbursement
- Preparation of offer letter, cessation letter, increment and promotion letter, staff confirmation evaluation forms, confirmation letter and certification letter
- Work pass application, renewal and termination
- Process IR21 tax clearance and IR8A submission
- Onboarding and off boarding
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
