HR MANAGER ($6000-$9500/AWS/VB)ref: JA

$9500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, manpower and succession planning, employee benefits, payroll, performance appraisal management, employee relations, training and development, talent management, conflict management and industrial etc.
• Responsible for managing daily HR operations and administrative functions.
• Responsible for managing the entire payroll and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant authorities and to monitor overall staff cost to ensure the cost is within approved budget.
• Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital and to manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for developing, formulating, reviewing, and improving human resources and administrative work plans, work flows and procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Ability to learn and grow with our organization

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Industrial Act, employment-related laws, and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
