HR MANAGER ($5000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: RH

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or maintain a comprehensive set of HR policies, programmes and initiatives that will support the achievement of the business strategy and plans
• Ensure that all HR programmes and initiatives are communicated, understood and implemented consistently across the business
• Challenge and propose recommendations current operating practices in order to facilitate business improvement and to reflect the requirements of the business function and organisation
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and alignment to broader PR Group policies
• Work with the leadership team to identify talent and succession pools within the business
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate the full recruitment process (hiring to on-boarding), as well all to monitor and report on recruitment status
• Ensure job banding evaluation and review with manager and regional HR team for approval
• Ensure the preparation of an annual training plan, budget through training gap analysis, and identify adequate resources including people and programmes to carry out the plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act  and Labour Law is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
