Location: East
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Handling all HR reports such as manpower reports, recruitment reports, and vacancy reports including employment quota.
- Handle and conduct human resources policies briefing relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations to all the brands timely.
- Update the human resource manual and policy information including the employee handbook and forms.
- Send New Hires Announcements
- Working in conjunction with the line report on all recruiting and interviewing of brand staff of all levels including internal promotion and transfer.
- Preparation of HR letter of offer, employment contract, staff confirmation, issuance of the letter for confirmation, salary increment, promotion, termination, misconduct and etc.
- Updating of organization chart and organization headcount
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
