Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Deeply involved in and provide support in a wide range of HR functions such as payroll, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, learning & development, policy development and implementation, and HR reporting.
- Support Partner in recruitment and selection activities, including organizing candidates’ phone screening, interviews, employment contracts etc…
- Participate in the implementation of HR strategic initiatives and projects
- Provide HR advice for employee-related matters and business planning
- Manage employee onboarding activities and exit process
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and review compensation programs to ensure compelling talent attraction and retention.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
