Location: East
Responsibilities
- Handle end to end processes of bringing workers into Local.
- Arranging of interview sessions with the stakeholders for all the above mentioned positions.
- Conducting selection interviews together with the relevant Business Unit heads or representatives.
- Handling and managing of on boarding matters prior to new employee’s start work date :
- Ensuring HR Shared Service Team (HR SS) has submitted entry approval and purchase Security Bond if necessary
- Arranging of mandatory training (before the employee can start work) with Learning & Development team
- Ensuring that HR SS arrange for swab test for applicable employees
- Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
