Location: East
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to Director
- Coordinating and rolling out employee engagement, collate findings, and implement follow up measures.
- Talent Management – assisting in coordinating learning and development and collate performance reviews data
- Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and to external parties.
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
