Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide operations and administrative support to the HR department.
- Responsible for all working pass related issues for staff and worker.
- Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.
- Handle employees onboarding and off boarding process.
- Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system.
- Handling of internship and training and development program requests.
- Assist in organize internal and external training for all staff and workers.
- Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
