$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Provide HR and Training support to the management
- Filing, documentation and updating records for HR & Training section.
- Maintenance of HR records (Leave, HR Information etc).
- Provide recruitment support and any ad-hoc duties as assign.
- Administer recruitment, new hire process and on-boarding activities.
- Administer employment pass related applications such as renewal, cancellation for foreign employees.
- Responsible for company employee engagement activities/events.
- Familiar with MOM policy.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
