5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist to performs the initial phase of recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring confirmation and onboarding
- Assist on employee learning and development needs
- Manage HRMS system including leave, performance appraisal, claims
- Assist on funded claims, including Childcare Leave, Maternity / Paternity Leave, training grant
- Assist on work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
- Maintain and update HR database and employee information
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
