5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Manage and run the HRIS software of the organization, and make sure it’s updated.
- Create presentations and reports on HR metrics.
- Prepare various HR documents, including employment contracts.
- Onboarding/Offboarding activities.
- Leave and Benefits administration.
- Active participation in HR projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
