Location: West
Responsibilities
- Design electronic circuit and PCB of USB to RS232/RS485 cables, adaptors and other modules.
- Perform prototype/product validation, testing and debug.
- Prepare engineering documentations
- Support and manage factory production test and relative engineering activities
- Provide the initial drawing and circuit design for the customised cable project, work closely with sales and procurement teams to the BOM proposal
- Customer support
- Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individuals’ capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.
- As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on test script/test utility development is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
