GROUP FINANCE MANAGER ($7000-$9000/AWS/VB)ref: ET

$9K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual external audit cycle and submission of audited accounts for Board’s approval.
• Oversee quarterly reporting to Ministry.
• Oversee Group Finance policies, governance and compliance matters
• Oversee and review the financial performance of the Group and Institutions and Business Units during the budgeting, projections, forecast, management reporting cycles
• Analysis and reporting of financial performance of strategic priorities such as population health, research and innovation and education.
• Analysis and reporting of Group and institutions cost management efforts.
• Support submissions to Board and Finance Board Committee on the Group’s financial performance and finance related matters.
• Oversee the annual external audit cycle

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
