Location: North
Responsibilities
- Being meticulous with details when handling inbound/outbound shipments, creating shipments on 3PL/ courier platforms, or fulfilment of orders
- Regular monitoring of all order fulfilment status which includes regular orders and pre-orders in their respective region time zones, so as to ensure shipments are as scheduled
- Monitor and manage both overseas and local warehouse inventory storage space especially when there are incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate and complete warehouse records through regular inventory stock takes
- Developing monthly replacement part forecast for respective countries through analysing inventory levels on 3PL WMS and forecasting of future demands
- Work closely with the Customer Support department to resolve operational/ technical inquiries and issues
- Analyze and generate monthly operational reports while reporting directly to the Logistics Manager with action improvement plans
- Daily ad-hoc tasks. Additional operational specializations and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Shipping documents such as BL, PL, CI. Good understanding of the Shipping Incoterms (i.e FOB, DDP, DAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
