Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial performance from the department P/L
- Compile projected revenue by respective customers by referring to the annual trends
- Responsible for the future department planning with projected P/L simulations
- Attend the periodical meeting of our major customers with presentations
- Leading a team of sales team
Requirements
- Min. 5 years experience leading 3PL sales team
- Warehouse operational background is a plus
- Basic understanding on KPI management
- Experience in drafting the proposal documents to customers and internal parties
