Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage all online and offline sales channels from end to end
- Responsible for the execution of strategic business plans towards achieving the revenue & profit objectives
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Oversee business strategy, budget planning, team building and performance management for all operations
- Own all aspects of the retail and e-commerce operations including retail sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, visual merchandising and so on
- Manage the customer service operations and lead the team to achieve NPS targets
- Responsible for developing new retail sales channels and new sales partnerships
- Oversee the marketing function and lead the marketing team to decrease the cost of user acquisition and the increase customer lifetime value
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in General Management/Business Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
