Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor record and evaluate the business performance of the company against standards and targets in areas such as administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, profits and cashflow.
- Direct the preparation and monitoring of budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in various aspects of the company, including administration, operations, sales & marketing and development.
- Drive a culture of workplace safety and resolve staff non-compliances.
- Ensure continual development of Operational Excellence of the production and operations team.
- Define and monitor the business strategy for being able to deliver business performance
- Ensure adequate and consistent collection, storage and analysis of high quality production and operational data to improve operations.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of production and operations managers with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Ensure continual development of Operational Excellence of the production and operations team.
Requirements
- Degree / Master in Engineering / Science /Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
