Responsibilities
- Perform insightful analysis on performance of the BU and support the prioritization of opex/capex/project spend
- Coordinate with Finance Director and senior management to develop business cases for new business launches and new market opportunities and develop the detailed budget models
- Ownership of FP&A functions related to Monthly Close activities of Group including its Mobile and Platform businesses. Review the BU’s revenue and Cost P/L as part of monthly close against budget. Prepare monthly management accounts for the senior management. Coordinate with accounting and FinOps functions for BAU activities.
- Consolidate monthly cashflows for the Group and monitor this to ensure this is in line with KPIs
- Support Finance Director in any other activities required for including investor and shareholder materials, board presentations, due diligence matters and M&A support
- Finance Business Partnership requirements for Group including the Mobile and Platform Business
- Key activities will include ownership of FP&A activities including monthly close, developing budgets, support relevant business/ functional heads to understand the performance vs budget, perform business re-forecasts when required and support decision making in business cases with multiple scenario analysis
- Supporting Corporate Activities: maintaining the financial data repository and do modeling as necessary to support any corporate activities like fund raise from investors or strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
