FINANCE MANAGER ($6000-$8500/AWS/VB)ref: ET

$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, and cash management. Implement the financial strategy as set by the owner.
• Deal with vendor to prepare annual financial statements and reports. Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Handle all tax planning and compliance issues. Deal with vendor to prepare tax returns and ensure prompt and accurate submission.
• Manage relationships with financial service providers, open bank accounts, ensure efficient banking operations and cash management.
• Administer the process of capital calls and distributions to and from investors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external providers such as auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
• Support additional financial projects as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
