Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage full set Accounts Receivables duties
- Responsible for AR recovery, Billing and Invoicing duties and prepare documentation.
- Taking control of unit’s cash management ordering, cash reconciliation on vault and bank, and releasing consumables and reconcile balance in system and bank AR receipts.
- Manage full set Accounts Payables duties – e.g. receiving, processing, verifying, and upload payments for vendors, contractors and internal staffs for the business unit.
- Manage staff claims, franking and support payroll on all accounting entries and verifying postings before processing for payment.
- Prepare, post journal entries and ensure completeness before performing reconciliation on books with system, and bank statements.
- Prepare and publication for all daily, weekly and monthly finance reports, ensuring accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.
- Support team members and work with external auditors to provide audit trail supporting documents for all audit and governance work.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
