FINANCE EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3300/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Accountant / Finance Manager on full set accounting responsibilities for the entity (General Ledger/ Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Fixed Assets).
• Daily reconciliation of receipts applied in Management System and Cash book.
• Daily keep-tracking on unapplied receipts between cash book and Management System.
• Weekly follow up with internal department on the unapplied receipts between cash book and Management System
• Maintenance of Payment Modes mapping from Management System to Accounting System to ensure all receipts recorded in Management System is properly accounted for in the general ledger.
• Support Senior Accountant on generating of tracking reports for unapplied receipts.
• Monthly reconciliation of receivable balances
• Responsible for billing and follow-up of receivables from corporates, external hospitals and government project.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
