Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots valves and control instruments issues at site for customers.
- Works with customer service team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs
- Works with other teams within Final Control Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis
- Works with the business unit on customer’s challenges and derive solutions and promote maintenance contracts to customers
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
- Min 3 years of related experience in instrumentation, process or service industry
- Good knowledge on control valves, actuators and control and instrumentation
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and task oriented.
