Location: West
Responsibilities
- To organize & coordinate schedule of Service jobs are effectively carried out
- To ensure that daily time follow-up forms & services reports are timely submitted
- To maintain effective project documentation in order to meet customer satisfaction
- To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs
- To maintain quality work & on-time delivery
- To maintain all safety gear issued and test equipment to their standard of use
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
- Promote good customer relations
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
