$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for local customers.
- Provide technical support to local customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met.
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
- Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
