FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER ($2500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of Autonomous Mobile Robot at customer locations.
• Experience in image processing and robot peripheral technology and System Integration.
• Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• NiTEC/ITC/Diploma/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
