Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Manage all on site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and testing.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Testing and commissioning at customer sites.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Nitec / ITE / Diploma in M&E / Electrical Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in servicing appliances / equipment / machines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
