$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists / logs.
- To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.
- To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipments as per schedule.
- Able to carry out basic repair works like changing of lighting, plumbing, etc
- To carry out 5s and housekeeping for facility & security related areas.
- To attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.
- To liaise and oversee servicing works performed by external service providers.
- To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing facilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
