FACILITY MANAGER ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: WY

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Manage self performing service delivery teams within the portfolio of responsibility and third party suppliers providing specialist services to the client on site.
• Collaborate with the key stakeholders to prepare the final budget documentation, plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure value creation opportunities are identified through service enhancement or cost saving opportunities.
• Uphold HSE compliance onsite includes risk assessment.
• Monthly tracking and reporting of financial and performance indicators to Key Account Manager.
• Stay informed on site developments and proactively engage stakeholders on changes in infrastructure and service enhancements which will impact the delivery of services to client.
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding site staff personnel as well as determining training needs and compliance.
• Ensure training are provided to GMP team and subcontractor as required according to client Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in facility management and in Pharm manufacturing sites is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
